Youth Co:Lab Bootcamp 2021 is an intensive and comprehensive program for youth social entrepreneurs who are in the development level of their business, as part of the Youth Co:Lab initiative, co-led by UNDP and Citi Foundation. The youth entrepreneurs bring ideas and unique social businesses which have goals to tackle social, environmental & economic challenges in their locations.
In 2021, Youth Co:Lab Bootcamp is also supported by the UN COVID-19 Response and Recovery Multi-Partner Trust Fund (MPTF), a joint initiative implemented by UNDP, ILO, UNAIDS and UNHCR in providing post-pandemic support for vulnerable populations in Indonesia, including young people and women. With the support from the MPTF Joint Fund, the number of participants doubled. 116 youth teams went through a 3-month journey getting access to various training sessions and workshops and mentorship. Participants divided into: 30 Ideathonesia winners, 50 MPTF funded (70% women), 5 Indosat SheHacks participants, 31 public participants.
