As job opportunities shrunk due to COVID-19, people with HIV and key populations vulnerable to HIV faced additional barriers. Being traditionally excluded from certain economic activities, they will have harder time to find employment. Through culinary and digital marketing training, the project empowers people living with HIV and key populations to identify and act upon business opportunities during the pandemic.
